1. The protection of personal data is a priority for us, both in our relationship with our clients and with our own employees and collaborators. In this regard, we constantly take measures to ensure the protection of personal data that we process in the course of our current activity, ensuring that we respect the legal principles in the matter, especially those provided by Regulation no. 679 of April 27, 2016, of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation, and by Law no. 133/2011 for the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. As you already know, the main purpose of the Regulation and Law 677 is to increase the level of protection of personal data and create a climate of trust, which allows each person to control their own data.

Access to personal data is granted only to its employees and collaborators contracted for support services, within the limits established by the job description or by precise contractual provisions and only for the purpose of fulfilling their tasks. We have a strict personal data protection policy and we constantly ensure that our employees and collaborators are aware of the importance of this subject and the risks to which they expose themselves or may expose the company in the event of any failure to comply with personal data security.

3. We also want you to know that the personal data we process are stored on our computer systems, which benefit from an adequate level of security, or on physical documents, archived in optimal security conditions.

4. When we perform personal data processing operations, we ensure that we respect an adequate level of protection for them and take all necessary measures to ensure their confidentiality.

PRO-SOLUTION SRL, as the author/owner/administrator of the site https://evocasa-re.md ensures and respects, under the conditions of the law, the confidentiality of the personal data of users and their right to the protection of private life. This obligation does not apply in the case of information deliberately disclosed by users to third parties, before or after it was made available to us.

The management of personal data is carried out by PRO-SOLUTION SRL in full compliance with the legal provisions in force, respectively with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and of Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data. PRO-SOLUTION SRL respects the applicable legal provisions and undertakes to process safely and only for the stated purposes the personal data that are/have been provided by you.

7. Collection of personal data.

PRO-SOLUTION SRL collects personal data only with your consent, by voluntarily providing them through the website https://evocasa-re.md. The recorded information is intended for use by https://evocasa-re.md for the purposes and under the conditions of this document and will not be communicated to any third party, with the exception of our collaborators contracted for support services, within the limits established by precise contractual provisions, and state public authorities, at their request, under the conditions of the law.

9. Refusal to provide personal data may result in the impossibility of https://evocasa-re.md to provide specific services and/or to fulfill the other processing purposes. We also confirm that we do not request, do not collect and therefore do not process special categories of data such as political orientation, religious orientation, sexual orientation, medical data, etc.

Also, PRO-SOLUTION SRL uses traffic analysis systems on the site https://evocasa-re.md, such as Google Analytics, which collects information about the pages accessed within the site (but which does not identify individual users), including the following technical information: the IP address from which the site is visited, the operating system used, the browser type, the type of device used to visit the site. Also, https://evocasa-re.md uses cookie modules for the temporary storage of some anonymized information, unrelated to personal data, in order to ensure the functionality of the website, the information contained therein, to improve the services offered and to make the visitor's experience an efficient and qualitative one.

• The right to request the erasure of personal data and, if the personal data has been made public, the transmission of information regarding the erasure request to other operators (right to erasure);
• The right to request the restriction of data processing (right to restriction of processing);
• The right to receive the personal data concerning the data subject in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request the transmission of this data to another operator (right to data portability);
• The right to object to the processing of data with the intention of ceasing the processing (right to object);
• The right to withdraw at any time a given consent in order to stop a data processing that is based on your consent. The withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal (right to withdraw consent);
• The right to notify the supervisory authority if you consider that the data processing is contrary to the law.
  We aim to respond to any valid requests within a maximum of 30 days, unless we need a longer time, in which case we will notify you of this circumstance.

14. In addition to the rights mentioned above, any visitor who has a client account on our website can access the account administration area, having the possibility to:

14.1. Correct the registered data;
14.2. Generate an e-mail report with the existing data in the website's database;
14.3. Request the deletion of the account;
